Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us using any of the methods listed on our Contact Us page. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Replacement Policy

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we’re happy to replace it. After we inspect the returned or damaged item, we will dispatch a replacement within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Policy
